Calculating your required load rating

The required load index for your vehicle is based on the weight and weight distribution of the vehicle as determined by the manufacturer.

Where you can find it

• Your vehicle owner's handbook (look in the tyres specification section)
• The tyre information placard (located in the driver's door frame)
• The sidewall of your tyres that match the specifications

The simple option

All you need to do is enter your registration on Tyres.co.uk and our system will filter out all the tyres that do not have the appropriate load index for your vehicle.
