You agree to these terms of use by visiting or using this website; if you do not agree, you should not use this website.
We may change these terms of use from time to time by posting changes to this website. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted. By visiting or using this website after the posting of changes, you agree to the new terms.

5. Orders, Fitting & Third-Party Garages
Tyres.co.uk is an online source for customers who need tyres, and a source connecting them to independent tyre fitting partners.
The fitting services for the tyres are provided by third-party garages. Tyres.co.uk has approved partners, but is not responsible for the services provided by the garages, except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All the contents of the website (e.g. text, images, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by or licensed to Tyres.co.uk and are protected by the laws of intellectual property. You may print and download the contents of the website for your own use only. No copying, reproducing, modifying or distributing of the content of the website for commercial use is allowed without written permission, and may be prosecuted.
7. Linking to Our Website
No link to this website that might imply endorsement or association is allowed without written permission. No pages from this website may be framed or embedded without written permission.

13. Delivery
Fully Fitted orders: we deliver your tyres free of charge to the fitting centre you choose, and they are fitted at the appointment you book. The earliest date you can book is shown before you pay – usually one to two working days after you order. If you choose a mobile fitter, they come to you instead; any call-out fee is shown before you pay.
Mail Order: delivery to your door is free. Your tyres usually arrive within two to four working days of your order. Orders placed after 12pm, at a weekend or on a bank holiday count from the next working day.
We can’t currently deliver mail-order tyres to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish islands or some Highland postcodes. Checkout tells you if your postcode is one of them.
14. Cancelling an Order
Fully Fitted: you can cancel free of charge at any time before your tyres are fitted. Please contact us as early as you can, ideally at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Mail Order: contact us to cancel before your tyres are sent. Once they are on their way, you can return them as described in section 15.
15. Returns
You can return mail-order tyres for any reason within 14 days of receiving them:
- Tell us within 14 days of the day your tyres arrive, by email or phone.
- Send the tyres back within 14 days of telling us. We’ll give you the return address.
- Tyres must be unused, not fitted to a wheel, and in the condition you received them, with their labels.
- You pay for return delivery, unless the tyres are faulty or not what you ordered.
We refund the full price you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the tyres back (or proof that you’ve sent them, if that comes first).
Tyres that have been fitted, mounted on a wheel or used can’t be returned unless they are faulty.
To cancel or start a return, email contact@tyres.co.uk or call 020 4634 6666 with your order number. We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days. Please don’t send returns to our registered address.
16. Faulty or Wrong Tyres
If a tyre is faulty or isn’t what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. Within 30 days of delivery or fitting you can have a full refund; after that we’ll repair or replace it, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides. We cover any return costs for faulty or incorrect tyres.
Punctures, road damage, wrong tyre pressures and normal wear are not faults. None of this affects your statutory rights.
17. Exchanges
We don’t swap tyres directly. If you ordered the wrong size, return them as described in section 15 for a refund and place a new order for the tyres you need.
