Our business & structure
Tyres.co.uk is an online retailer of UK tyre fitting services. We provide consumers with competitive prices on tyres, with fitting services provided by a network of trusted, independent fitting partners located throughout the country.
Our primary operations are in the United Kingdom. These operations are digital retail, customer support, logistics, and supplier management. We uphold and encourage responsible, transparent, and ethical operations across the full range of business activities.
Our commitment
We unequivocally oppose modern slavery, forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking. We are dedicated to ensuring these practices do not occur in our business operations or in any of our supply chains.
We believe respecting human rights is a cornerstone of a long-term, sustainable, trustworthy business. While it is clearly a legal obligation, acting ethically is a critical part of how we work with employees, partners, and customers.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain consists of UK-based independent fitting centres and mobile fitting partners, as well as UK-based tyre manufacturers and distributors. We also have logistics and technology service providers, and other professional service providers.
While the types of operations we have may indicate a low risk of modern slavery, we recognise that it can occur and focus on identifying and managing these risks.
Policies & standards
Our commitment to strong internal controls, ethical business practices and ethical conduct extends to all our business relationships.
Our suppliers are expected to uphold the highest standards regarding human rights, employment practices without any abuse, and health and safety.
Our firm has a strict policy of eliminating modern slavery and human trafficking by any supplier or ally.
Due diligence & risk management
In order to comply with our obligations regarding risk within our supply chains, we take reasonable and proportionate steps to investigate these risks by assessing new potential suppliers, regularly checking existing suppliers, and reserving the right to request information or assurances.
We address concerns and are prepared to terminate the relationship in the event that we are unable to resolve them.
Awareness & training
We aim to combat modern slavery by increasing the awareness of the issue across our entire organisation. Staff in the relevant departments have been instructed on what some of the indicators of modern slavery are, how to report these concerns, and how to respond appropriately to them.
We are prepared to strengthen our modern slavery and human trafficking training initiatives in response to business growth.
Whistleblowing & reporting
We strongly encourage an open and transparent culture that allows staff and third parties the opportunity to report concerns without fear of reprisal.
Reports are handled in a confidential manner and are appropriately investigated. No form of retaliation will be tolerated.
Monitoring & continuous improvement
We consistently review not just our policies, but our procedures and supplier agreements across our businesses in an effort to ensure compliance. As our business and sales grow, we are committed to expanding our efforts to source ethically.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Tyres.co.uk Ltd’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
