It can explain what a bulge, a crack, a nail or uneven wear usually means, and whether that would normally require a repair or replacement. It can’t see your tyre, though, so any information about safety needs to be verified by someone who can. Fitting centres will check for free.
It can’t see your tyres, look up or change an order, or book a fitting for you. Orders should be dealt with by customer services. To book, follow the tyres it finds you to the results page, where you choose a fitting centre and a time slot.
