Tyre review for Kumho Ecsta Sport S (PS72)
265/30R19I replaced the factory Michelins on my car with slightly wider tyres to improve rim protection. My Tesla has Continentals on the front wheels. As far as grip, noise, and efficiency, I do not see much difference from the original Michelins or Continentals. Maybe a little more noise, but not by much. So far, I have about 3000 miles on them from the road trip I took to Spain, and they seem to be doing well. They feel slightly harder than the Continentals which seem to get a lot of punctures from nails and screws. The rim protection is not as good as the Continentals, and I prefer the looks of the Continentals better, but considering the price, I would buy Kumhos again.
