At Tyres.co.uk, the Maserati GranTurismo options for 2018 and 2019 Sport models state the front tyres (245/35 ZR20) have Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S, and the rear tyres (285/35 ZR20) have Pirelli P Zero. Be sure to check the car placard for the necessary load index, speed rating, and other specifications before you purchase.
The tyre-and-load placard for the Maserati GranTurismo is found on the passenger side door and in the bottom of the B-pillars. This placard states the rear and front tyre sizes for the car. The placard on door states the approved tyre sizes and the load ratings, as well as the recommended cold tyre pressure.
From 2007 to 2019, all GranTurismo models are rear wheel drive, so there is no concern of matching the front and back tyres. Tyres must be replaced in pairs for an axle, but can be replaced individually if only two tyres in a set are being replaced. New replacement tyres should always be on the rear axle in compliance with UK safety standards.
