Tyre review for Dunlop SP SportMaxx RT2
285/40R20
What matters most to me is how long they last. The back tyres have given me more than 30,000 miles of driving on a variety of A/B roads and motorways, including driving holidays and commuting. I usually drive 70% of the time at a constant speed and 30% more spirited. I also considered the noise, and performance in the rain was very important. In 2020, they provided the best overall value for noise, fuel economy, and wet grip. The price was very good value in 2020 when I purchased four tyres. However, I found that by 2024, the price of two rear tyres was nearly as expensive as the original four. However, they were so good that I would buy them again without hesitation. I recommend them to everyone as they rank among the big players like Michelin and Goodyear in wet braking and other performance tests, but are cheaper!
