ALL SEASON 2 Tyres description & features

The Dunlop All Season 2 is a passenger car tyre that is able to clear water and maintain grip on snowy roads due to its V-shaped tread pattern. This pattern has deep, wide grooves as well as a centre section that has long, narrow blocks. The grooves move water out to the side and the block edges grip snow. The blocks have thin cuts and these are used to create additional edges by opening as the tyre spins.

The Dunlop All Season 2 has 6% improved braking on snow when compared to the original Dunlop All Season. The sidewall has a stamp indicating that it satisfies the snow grip guidelines for winter tyres which is indicated by the 3PMSF. Tyres.co.uk has the Dunlop All Season 2 in stock.

Highlights

  • V-shaped tread pattern
  • Deep, wide water grooves
  • Long centre tread blocks
  • Three-peak snowflake winter marking

They have been doing great so far, with amazing grip in all conditions. The grip and quality are apparent. I will most certainly be getting more.

Fantastic value for money for all-season tyres. They are really comfy, and last well. I don't drive like a racer, but I feel confident drive with outstanding traction in any weather on my CR-V. I will certainly choose these again when the time comes.

Tyre review for Dunlop ALL SEASON 2 195/55R16
I haven't tested them in snow yet, but so far they've been good. They're quieter than my last set. As far as fuel is concerned, I haven't seen any difference. The braking, cornering and steering all seem good.

Tyre review for Dunlop ALL SEASON 2 225/65R17
I chose all season tyres because I needed to prepare for likely winter weather. I wanted tyres that would grip in freezing conditions, cope with icy roads, and facilitate off road snowy ascents, so I chose these all season tyres. Reinforced tyres were also needed due to the increasing number and size of potholes on UK roads, and these tyres are tough. Their performance in wet and snowy conditions as well as pothole resistance balances the negative impact on fuel economy. These tyres have been run at the recommended maximum pressure to limit the effect on fuel consumption as a result of edge wear. They are louder than summer tyres, but that is to be expected.

Tyre review for Dunlop ALL SEASON 2 225/65R17
While their performance in snowy conditions may be better than some, they still do not perform better than winter tyres. They do offer some good grip while cornering and they do not produce a lot of noise while driving.

Tyre review for Dunlop ALL SEASON 2 205/60R16
Compared to any other tyres I've used, these tyres pick up an unusual amount of rubber dust and get dirty extremely quickly. Also, when cold, they feel particularly loose.

Tyre review for Dunlop ALL SEASON 2 205/60R16
I noticed them being quiet first. When driving in snow, they provide excellent traction. Another positive thing about these tyres is their durability, which is well-earned. They are more expensive than summer tyres, but because of their durability, they may be cheaper in the long run. Time will tell.

Tyre review for Dunlop ALL SEASON 2 205/60R16
We've just had some snow, a lot of rain, and some frost as well. These tyres are incredible - they cope really well with the road even if the car does feel a little unstable at times. I'm really happy we chose these tyres. The cost is very reasonable and considering the reputation, they are a great choice for peace of mind and safety.
