Honda CR-V Tyres
The Honda CR-V is an ideal family SUV. The CR-V is capable of handling everyday errands, vacations, and annual package deliveries to extended family members. In the UK, the CR-V needs wet grip, stability, and optimum braking to provide a safe, stable feel. For urban and motorway driving, the CR-V optimally benefits from ride comfort, low road noise, and good fuel economy.
Multiple options for every generation and model of the CR-V ensures there is no single best solution. Each CR-V owner must consult the owner's manual, the sidewall of the tyres, or the registration document for the correct tyre size, load index, and speed rating. Selecting the correct specification supports the safety and comfort of the vehicle.
For the Honda CR-V, customers can select tyres by brand, performance, and price, and check the tyre specifications. At Tyres.co.uk, customers are given the choice to book a time for the installation of the tyres at their local workshop.
Avon ZX7
Tyre review for Avon ZX7 245/45R19
As the fitter stated, the Avons began to crack at the bottom of the grooves at about 15,000 miles, despite having plenty of tread. I have now returned to Michelin Crossclimate 2, which I was unable to obtain previously.

Tyre review for Avon ZX7 215/60R17
Works well, but is rather noisy on most roads.

Tyre review for Avon ZX7 215/65R17
I have no complaints about the tyres, they are meeting expectations. Seems like the same tyres as the Continentals I had before.

The harsh winter was handled exceptionally well. Grip is good even with only a 2WD.

Tyre review for Michelin CrossClimate SUV 235/60R18
I am really happy with how they perform. No problems at all in any weather.

Tyre review for Michelin CrossClimate SUV 235/60R18
The tyres seem to wear out at an average/European rate. The pattern appears to have more flex/movement in the actual tread, as if it's bending. They are good in the colder months, but I have yet to test them in any significant snow. Fuel efficiency has decreased slightly by around 2-3%.

I only wear these in winter. They performed decently last year in all the rain.

Tyre review for Michelin Primacy 4 225/50R17
Steering is more direct and has better grip, while stopping is also good.
Bonnie-Rose Eathan
Tyre review for Michelin Primacy 4 195/55R16
Better traction of these tyres gives them better stopping distance. Previous tyres, of the same brand, had more than 2mm of tread, yet their stopping distance was clearly worse.

Tyre review for Michelin Primacy 4 235/60R18
They perform well in all weather conditions, and they in particular excel in rainy weather.

You can purchase the Goodyear EfficientGrip 2 SUV 107V XL in size 235/60 R18 from Tyres.co.uk for your Honda CR-V, along with the 103W Michelin e.Primacy, which has also been approved as a tyre for the current model of CR-V e: PHEV. Please note that different CR-V models and trims have different specifications, so check your registration and the sticker on the driver’s door jamb.
The CR-V tyre size can be found in the driver’s side door jamb tyre information placard. This area can only be accessed by opening the driver’s side door, but will provide all of the load and speed index ratings along with the correct cold inflation pressure. Make sure to check this placard and register, since a CR-V’s tyre fitment can be dependent on the CR-V generation, trim and wheel selection.
Honda CR-Vs do not always need a set of four new tyres installed at the same time. Honda recommends replacing all four if possible. If replacing less than a set, then AWD CR-Vs require matching tyres, type and recommended pressure on all four wheels. Older 4WD models require worn tyres to be replaced in a set of four. When replacing two new tyres, it must comply with UK safety recommendation and place the new tyres on the rear axle.
