MG 4 Tyres
The MG 4 is a battery-electric vehicle (BEV) designed for city driving but flexible enough for commuting and road trips. Therefore, comfort, efficiency and low road noise are essential characteristics of tyres for the MG 4. Since the MG 4 is BEV, comfort and efficiency are key. But for town driving and dual carriageway driving, the MG 4 also needs to have good handling.
The MG 4 has a variety of tyre sizes, based on the vehicle’s generation, trim, battery configuration and the wheels it was built with. Tyres must also have the same size, load index and speed rating MG 4 vehicle approval for good comfort, handling and safe carrying capability. The correct fitment for the MG 4 can also be found in the vehicle’s tyre sidewall, vehicle handbook and/or vehicle registration.
Drivers of the MG 4 can use Tyres.co.uk to find tyres of all brands for all budgets and all performance ratings to facilitate their driving. Tyres.co.uk also allows drivers of the MG 4 to schedule fitting at a nearby tyre fitting centre of their choice.

I can't say much because I haven't broken them in yet.

Tyre review for Michelin Primacy 5 Energy 215/55R17
I drive an estate and can say that there is more road noise with the back seats folded down compared to when they are up. The new tyres have clearly decreased the noise levels.

Tyre review for Michelin Primacy 5 Energy 215/50R18
Avoiding a definitive viewpoint is understandable and speak for themselves, they appear to be quiet and handle well in the wet. Good fuel economy was achieved on a long journey with the 1.5tsi SUV reaching 60mpg.

Tyre review for Michelin Primacy 5 Energy 215/50R18
I chose these tyres as I liked the Primacy 4+ that I had tried on another car. Since these are fitted to the back of the car, I can't comment too much on the handling, but after 2000 miles, they are still tracking well and gripping the road. There is no wear to be seen yet. What is Refreshingly fuel efficiency improved with these tyres. Just by changing two I have seen a gain of 1-3 miles per gallon! The biggest positive is the noise reduction of the tyres. My car doesn't have a rear parcel shelf, so noise enters the cabin easily, but these tyres have made it a lot better. They aren't the cheapest tyres but they are worth it. I will be buying the same ones for the front when they need changing. Booking and paying through Tyres.co.uk was easy, and the garage that fitted them was great and very helpful.

From what I can see they seem to be available and in relatively good condition. Living in Scotland with it twisting roads and often wet conditions it is a very stable feeling car.

They were amazing in the snow! Decided to stay with my old car instead of buying a new one. Saved me thousands!

The steering is sharp and they grip nicely even in poor conditions. They remain steady while braking, and were easy to fit, and came at a good price.

I haven't decided yet since it's still summer. I acquired a new Makita cordless, rechargeable tyre inflator to check the tyre pressures every week. They have held their pressure.

The MG 4 from Tyres.co.uk offers the Michelin Primacy 5 and Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 2 in 215/50 R17 95W XL for models of the MG 4 that have 17-inch wheels. For this wheel option, MG specifies 215/50 R17 95V. Before purchasing, please confirm the registration and the door placard (located on the door jamb).
For the MG 4, the tyre placard is located on the B-pillar of the driver's side and can be visible when the door is opened, where it lists the specifications and load ratings, as well as the pressure specification. Please verify these before you place an order.
MG 4 does not need all four tyres replaced as the factory equipement in the front and rear is the same. Most of the models of MG 4 are rear wheel drive and the MG4 XPOWER is all wheel drive, but neither of these models have a specified matching of four tyres. When two tyres are changed, they are fitted on the rear axle.
