Chrysler Grand Voyager Tyres

The Chrysler Grand Voyager offers a large and spacious interior. The tyre sidewalls of the Chrysler Grand Voyager absorb a lot of vibration, making for a smoother ride. Drivers expect Grand Voyager tyres to provide a braking distance reduction and strong grip in all weather conditions. Grand Voyager tyres need to provide an even distribution of road noise and a quiet ride.

Depending on the year the Grand Voyager was manufactured, engine choices, and other specs, sizes of Grand Voyager tyres can vary. The correct sizes need to be confirmed through a couple of sources. First the existing Grand Voyager tyre sidewalls provide a lot of information. The second source can be the Grand Voyager user manual, and the last source can be the Grand Voyager owner registration. Only when those three sources agree will passengers know the Grand Voyager tyres that will ensure maximum safety and comfort.

The customisation tools on Tyres.co.uk allow Chrysler Grand Voyager owners to view the different tyre choices based on price and ratings. These tools give customers confidence to buy Chrysler Grand Voyager approved tyres.

Tyre review for Michelin CrossClimate SUV 235/60R18

The tyres seem to wear out at an average/European rate. The pattern appears to have more flex/movement in the actual tread, as if it's bending. They are good in the colder months, but I have yet to test them in any significant snow. Fuel efficiency has decreased slightly by around 2-3%.

Better traction of these tyres gives them better stopping distance. Previous tyres, of the same brand, had more than 2mm of tread, yet their stopping distance was clearly worse.

Choosing the Right Chrysler Grand Voyager Tyres: FAQ

As regards the Chrysler Grand Voyager, Tyres.co.uk lists the Michelin Primacy 5, Goodyear EfficientGrip 2 SUV and Bridgestone Turanza 6 sizes 225/65 R17 102H for the 2008-2016 2.8 CRD models (17 inch wheels). Please check the door-placard size and ensure you meet or exceed the given load and speed ratings when purchasing.

The Chrysler Grand Voyager shows the tyre and loading information on the driver's side B-pillar. It can be seen when the driver's door is open. It shows original tyre size and load information, and cold pressure for the front, rear, and spare tyres. These should be compared to the markings on the sidewall of the fitted tyres.

The Chrysler Grand Voyager 2008-2016 2.8 CRD models are front-wheel drive, meaning all four tyres do not have to be replaced just for the sake of drivetrain matching. Older all-wheel drive versions of the Grand Voyager should have all four tyres matched as closely as possible. If not, axle pairs should be replaced where applicable; when putting two new tyres on, place them on the rear axle.
