AX7 Tyres description & features

The design of this tyre is meant to provide grip when driving on loose terrain. However, its design allows it to dispel water from wet terrain since it has grooves around the circumference of the tyre that channel water and loose particles. The many edges created by the fine slits on the tread blocks help to increase traction on wet and uneven terrain.

The compound of the tyre is designed to work on both on-road and off-road tarmac surface. The Avon AX7 tyres come with an arrangement of deep grooves and dense tread blocks that ensure proper traction on varied surfaces. Avon AX7 are available at Tyres.co.uk.

Exceeded my expectations. The best high speed 4x4 tyres I have used. Excellent grip on snow and very good performance on icy roads. They give you even more confidence in bad weather and handle fast dry corners superbly.

I am delighted with these tyres! They replaced my previous Michelin road tyres and are still equally as quiet over different road surfaces. I have not experienced any problems with them even in muddy fields. They are more than capable in rough and bumpy terrain and my car performs just as well as it used to on all-road. It feels great to have purchased a good quality British product at reasonable pricing and my local independent garage did the fitting for me.

Regardless of the weather, the Avon 4x4 tyres give great flexibility and perform remarkably well. They have a tread that is rugged enough for difficult terrain, and they're not overly noisy. Additionally, after the passing of my partner, I have had to sell that car after assessing the needs and I am unable to provide a photograph.

As tree surgeons, it is very important that we have a 4x4 that is capable of getting into tricky locations. We are usually towing a chipper or heavy loads and sometimes even pulling down a tree, so we really need good tyres. So far, the Avons have been excellent.

I can't get over these tyres! They still look brand new, feel like regular road tyres, and the grip they have in tough conditions like deep snow is amazing!

You can barely notice the extra noise from the road. They are good on dry and wet muddy surfaces. The new tread design also makes it so mud and stones don't stick like they did on my old tyres. Overall, I'm quite pleased with them and have recommended them to others.

For my work in muddy environments, these tyres are excellent. They cope with mud and various off-road terrains. I don't drive fast on roads so I can't comment on how they cope with corners. They're quiet on the motorway. Compared to the more expensive options, these are fantastic tyres. I will definitely buy these again.

These tyres are good on the road and have a good grip on mud, snow and loose gravel paths. They also did well on the snow and ice for winter recently. I have used General Grabber tyres before and I think these ones are better. I can't say anything about their lifetime yet.

They appear to fit my car very well. I chose a 2012 Rav 4 with 17-inch wheels because I drive on pretty rough roads a lot and these are better than the stock tyres in terms of traction. They might wear down a little faster and there is a bit more noise, but I haven't had any wheel spins or slips in the last year. I would certainly purchase these again. They are a fantastic compromise for the country roads and mean we do not have to have all-terrain tyres.

These tyres don't deliver on what is promised in the specs. They are quite bad on wet roads. I almost had an accident due to the extreme sliding of the car when leaving a roundabout. Grip is also bad. They are nowhere near as good as Dunlop or Nokian.

I am really satisfied with these tyres. They are cheaper than BF Goodrich ATs and actually meet my requirements better. They are really quiet when driving on the road, responsive when driving on the muddy/slushy quarry roads. I expected them to have a bit less grip when driving on the wet/dirty asphalt roads and I was right.
