BMW 7 Series Tyres
BMW has designed the 7 Series to offer its drivers the ideal combination of comfort and driving pleasure. Ideal BMW 7 Series tyres should provide comfort and quietness, all while having excellent wet traction, braking performance and handling. BMW 7 Series tyres offer assurance when driving in British weather that is notoriously unpredictable. While touring tyres provide comfortable and quiet rides, performance tyres provide sharp steering.
The size of BMW 7 Series tyres directly relates to the generation, model year, engine and factory wheels of the car. Handling, comfort and safety take precedence over all else, therefore, to maintain all of the above features of the car, BMW 7 Series tyres should have the exact size, load index and speed rating for that car. The fitment of the correct size can be confirmed by the sidewall of the existing tyres, the vehicle handbook or the registration of the vehicle.
At Tyres.co.uk, customers can view available BMW 7 Series tyres, research the brands and see performance versus price as well as offer customers tyre fitting in their area.

Goodyear Excellence
Tyre review for Goodyear Excellence 275/35R20
Even in hot weather, I see no signs of wear on these tyres, so I trust their grip and comfort. It's like getting ready for a wedding, you wouldn't want to ruin a nice suit with a pair of old shoes.

Tyre review for Goodyear Excellence 275/35R20
I needed only one tyre, and it is performing well.

Tyre review for Goodyear Excellence 235/65R17
Honestly, I would say they do pretty well in all conditions. My biggest problem is how the car seems to drift without me steering, and the front steering goes completely out of my control. This is much worse on A and B roads, although strangely doesn't happen on motorways. I did also get a four-wheel alignment done when the tyres were changed, so I doubt that is the reason. Most of the time I would imagine you would have a decently high level of confidence in a performance tyre, so its really making me wonder if the same set is going to cause problems again. Is it possible this is related to the tyres looking unbalanced when viewed from the front or the back of the car?

Doing well, but they're close to the end of their life expectancy.

These tyres are doing quite well and I should get around 40,000 miles from them.

Kumho Ecsta PS71
Tyre review for Kumho Ecsta PS71 255/40R17
Initially, the tyres were fitted during pleasant weather, and they impressed us with their grip and silence. They were much better than the cheap ones we had before. Now, with the cold snap, they are also handling brilliantly with ice, so we look forward to seeing how they will do when the snow comes.

The tyres provide excellent grip which instills me with confidence managing corners and driving in wet conditions - a must in Scotland!

Tyre review for Kumho Ecsta PS71 255/40R17
Enhanced grip on wet surfaces and they are quiet.

Tyre review for Kumho Ecsta PS71 225/35R20
Great traction on wet and dry surfaces and the tread holds up well. They could be slightly noisier than the Pirelli ones I had before, though the better performance compensates for that.

Tyres.co.uk offers tyre options for the BMW 7 Series G70 20-inch 911M staggered wheel set: 255/45 R20 105Y XL front and 285/40 R20 108Y XL rear from Continental EcoContact 6 Q and Pirelli P Zero. Some of the BMW 7 Series wheel alternatives come with different fitments, so please verify the registration, load index, speed rating, and construction type prior to placing an order.
You can find the tyre information for the BMW 7 Series on the tyre-pressure placard located on the driver's door pillar. The placard contains approved tyre and wheel combinations as well as the recommended pressures. Combine it with the sidewall markings and registration search to determine the correct specification.
It's not always necessary to change all four tyres on BMW 7 Series models. Replace tyres by axle pairs, but xDrive models require the same make and tread pattern matching tyres on all wheels, therefore replace all four where this isn't possible. When fitting two new tyres, UK safety guidance suggests that the pair should be fitted to the rear axle.
