The Rotalla RU01 is a summer tyre for SUVs designed to remove surface water with an asymmetric tread for tarmacked surfaces. A solid central band aids straight-line driving at speed. The cornering performance is helped by the larger outer blocks. Water is directed away by grooves that stretch from the front to the back of the tyre and combined with channel slits to provide water evacuation. The slits provide traction on damp surfaces.
