RA05 Tyres description & features

The Rotalla RA05 is a summer tyre for passenger cars designed to channel away rainwater via grooves that run longitudinally across the tyre. Ideal operating conditions are above ~7 Deg C. The tread features interconnected central ribs with block ribs on the outer ribs. The outer ribs contain micro slits that create additional contact edges when the blocks come into contact with wet roads. The pattern also has drumlin features and is designed to promote efficient transport of water away from the centre of the tyre and out of contact with the road surface.
