Lexus IS 300 Tyres

The Lexus IS 300 is a premium executive model. Lexus IS 300 tyres should provide dependable wet grip, controlled braking, easy cruising, and assured handling. Confidence while driving on UK roads is a must, and tyres with good wet weather performance provide that. Options with an emphasis on low rolling resistance and low noise are good for urban and motorway driving. The correct Lexus IS 300 tyre specification ensures optimum comfort, safety and steering for that individual vehicle.

Lexus IS 300 tyre sizes are not the same for every vehicle, as each generation and model variation has a completely different specification. The correct Lexus IS 300 tyre is confirmed by the tyre sidewall, vehicle handbook or by viewing the registration. Customers may compare tyres by brand, price and performance on Tyres.co.uk prior to local fitting.

Fits the rim well, and is mid-range quality and pricing.

The existing tyres are doing an adequate job but my expectations for how long the front tyres would last were higher. Most of my driving is local, and there are a lot of roundabouts in this area.

They are beautiful tyres, and they help me to be confident and calm when driving. If only the roads were built to the same standard!

Tyre review for Avon ZV7 215/45R17

Avon ZV7 tyres provide excellent performance on the wet country roads and the rainy weather where I drive. They help with fuel economy and last a long time before needing to be changed. I feel confident driving on them and plan to put them on the back of my car soon. They are great value for a mid-range tyre.

Wonderful, I always put Michelin on my Porsche as they are the best tyres for it, plus they have the Porsche 'N' rating.

Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5)
Tyre review for Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5) 225/50R17

I feel great. The wear seems to be even and they have plenty of tread remaining. I was a little worried about having a hybrid because the batteries make it a little heavier.

Lexus IS 300 Tyres: Questions and Answers

Tyres.co.uk has the Bridgestone Turanza 6 and Michelin Pilot Sport 5 in 215/45 R17 for the UK IS 300 Saloon (2001-05). The SportCross has different rear fitments, so check the placard for the size, load index and speed rating before buying.

To find the tyre size placard for the IS 300, open the driver's side door and look at the B-pillar. There is a placard that has the front and rear fitment information for the IS 300, as well as the specifications and pressures for each. For SportCross models, do not rely on the information on the tyre, go check the placard.

Lexus IS 300s do not need all four tyres to be replaced, the UK IS 300 models are RWD with no AWD version requiring all four wheels to be replaced. Tyres should be replaced as a pair for each axle and if new tyres are being fitted, they should be fitted to the rear axle.
