Powergy 2 Tyres description & features

The Pirelli Powergy 2 tyre is designed for summer use and for use on wet roads and in warm weather. It is built to displace water from the tread when in use. The tread design has three longitudinal grooves supplemented with lateral channels. There are also multiple slits in the tread design to improve the tyres grip on wet roads. The design of the tread helps control road noise and allows the tread to wear evenly over time and with use. Powergy 2 tyres designed for SUV use have an even thicker tread designed for the increased weight of use. The Powergy 2 tyres are designed to have low rolling resistance to improve fuel efficiency.
