Mercedes CLA Tyres

Mercedes CLA tyres are designed with compact-coupé styling, allowing consideration for day-to-day usability and easy, flexible handling. Additionally, Mercedes CLA tyres can also help with comfort and quietness in the cabin by providing low drag and road noise, and a calm braking experience.

There isn’t a single tyre size that applies universally for the entire Mercedes CLA range. CLA tyres differ by generation, model year, engine, trim, and even wheel options. Existing tyre side walls, the vehicle handbook, and/or registration details should be checked by owners to obtain the proper size, load index and speed rating to obtain the matching specification for their Mercedes CLA.

Drivers with a Mercedes CLA can reserve a local tyre fitting at a participating centre after comparing tyres on the basis of brand, pricing, and performance on Tyres.co.uk.

Wonderful, I always put Michelin on my Porsche as they are the best tyres for it, plus they have the Porsche 'N' rating.

Dunlop Sport Maxx RT2
Tyre review for Dunlop Sport Maxx RT2 255/40R20
4.00/5
The tyres are great in any weather. Heavy rain also does not impact cornering and braking. I haven't tested the tyres in deep snow and based on the tread I would expect only average performance.

Because of their value, I have always chosen Dunlop sports. As a mechanic, I have worked with a lot of different tyres and these are by far the best.

Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5)
Tyre review for Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5) 225/50R17
5.00/5
I feel great. The wear seems to be even and they have plenty of tread remaining. I was a little worried about having a hybrid because the batteries make it a little heavier.

Popular Questions About Mercedes CLA Tyres

Tyres.co.uk has options for 2019 CLA with 18-inch wheels, including the sizes 225/45 R18 for the Michelin Primacy 5 and Pirelli Cinturato P7. Be sure the tyre size, load index, speed rating and XL or run-flat variant match the specific registration when doing your purchase.

Check inside the fuel door for the tyre pressure placard. This gives the approval for the wheels and tyres for the Mercedes CLA and the pressure at which it is approved. Don't forget to check the tyre sidewall and registration since the specifications for different generations, wheel options, AMG, and 4MATIC versions are not the same in those areas.

Concerning the Mercedes CLA models, not all four tyres always need replacement. Mercedes requires the same brand tyres on all four wheels of the vehicle, with the same size on both axles. This also applies to 4MATIC versions. Tyres should be replaced in axle pairs, and the new pair should go on the rear axle.
