The Pirelli Carrier is a summer van tyre with a long service life under commercial loads. The reinforced casing and tread of the Carrier are designed for delivery stop and go with some motorway use. The tread features three longitudinal grooves. Slits in the tread provide additional braking edges. The blocks provide casing support in the tread.
Pirelli claims the Carrier gives up to 30% more mileage and 10% better rolling resistance due to the improvements in tread design of the new Carrier compared to the Chrono.
