Toyota Previa Tyres

The Toyota Previa’s tyres allow for enjoyable transport of cargo and families. For the Toyota Previa, the tyres should provide safe braking and wet grip as well as comfort and noise reduction and help with the numerous stops and many long trips. Since the weather is so unpredictable in the UK, these long trips would be improved by the usage of tyres that are designed for varying weather conditions.

Efficiency-focused tyres would be a good option for a typical people carrier’s use. Toyota Previa tyres selection should take into consideration the generation, model year, variant, engine, and the factory fitted wheels. The sidewall of the existing tyres, the vehicle manual, and/or the registration should be taken into consideration.

Toyota Previa owners can use Tyres.co.uk to compare multiple tyre options and book local tyre fits (that are done by participating garages).

These tyres grip well in wet and dry conditions due to using quite a soft rubber mix. They are significantly quieter than my last set. Although they do tend to wear out a little quicker because of the soft compound, I think the lifespan is still reasonable considering the price. I would say they are worth the money.

The existing tyres are doing an adequate job but my expectations for how long the front tyres would last were higher. Most of my driving is local, and there are a lot of roundabouts in this area.

Avon ZV7 tyres provide excellent performance on the wet country roads and the rainy weather where I drive. They help with fuel economy and last a long time before needing to be changed. I feel confident driving on them and plan to put them on the back of my car soon. They are great value for a mid-range tyre.

Toyota Previa Tyres: What Drivers Ask

For Toyota Previa owners in the UK, Tyres.co.uk lists the factory fitment for the second generation of the model as Continental UltraContact and Bridgestone Turanza T005 at 205/65 R15 94H. If you confirm the load and speed ratings on the placard and the vehicle registration, these can be fitted to the car.

To find the tyre size of a Toyota Previa, look for the driver's side inner B pillar. There is a tyre information placard that will have the size and the load and speed index, as well as recommended cold inflation pressure. Once that is confirmed, you still need to check that the size actually fitted is the same on the tyre sidewall.

The UK version of the second generation Toyota Previa is a front wheel drive, so you only need to replace one axle at a time. However, if your Previa is a four wheel drive version, you should maintain matching pairs on all four positions. If you replace just two tyres, put the new pair on the rear axle and the rear tyres on the front axle.
