Toyota Hi-Lux Tyres

Toyota Hi-Lux tyres are required for reliable day to day uses. The Toyota Hi-Lux is designed to carry loads and have the required traction for work, family and rural journeys. The tyres need to give reliable grip and braking control with a stable and comfortable feel and the ability to control road noise.

The requirements also change for the Toyota Hi-Lux with the various generations, body styles, trims, engines and factory wheel options. Confirming the correct tyre size, load index and speed rating for the Toyota Hi-Lux can be done by checking the existing tyre sidewall, the vehicle handbook or registration papers. Specifications which are approved and matched assist in the pick-up's comfort and safety, its handling and its ability to carry loads.

Toyota Hi-Lux drivers can use the help of Tyres.co.uk to select the right tyres by comparing the options available by brand, price and performance. They can also arrange fittings at nearby garages which are participating and convenient.

Great. My previous tyres constantly received punctures but since I have not had a single one, and they look great. I just got a new truck and I am looking forward to have these tyres on it again.

These tyres are amazing, and I feel confident driving in any weather conditions. I live in a cottage on a remote Scottish hillside and these tyres always get me home, snow, ice, mud and heavy rain are no problem for these tyres. I've had them for a year and they show no signs of wear.

Works well in the rain, however, can be unreliable in colder temperatures because the rubber will harden which lessens grip.

I have experienced no problems with these tyres in dry, wet, snowy, or muddy off-road scenarios. They're also surprisingly quieter than tyres from other brands I have used.

There have no issues with the drive and grip. The noise is not loud and handling muddy fields and bumpy roads is also no problem. They have good grip on wet tarmac as well. I have no experience with snow driving as there isn't any. I am happy with these tyres.

These tyres manage rain well, providing good traction on muddy, gravel, and tarmac paths, and they are reasonably noisy on tarmac.

Buying Tyres for Your Toyota Hi-Lux: FAQ

Tyres.co.uk offers Bridgestone Dueler All-Terrain A/T002 and Goodyear Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure tyre options for Toyota Hi-Lux 2025 Active and GR Sport II models in the size 265/65 R17. Note that Invincible and Invincible X models have different factory sizes; check the load index, speed rating and specifications of your placard before purchasing.

The Toyota Hi-Lux shows tyre size and pressure details in the driver door opening, on the B-pillar, visible when the driver door is open. The placard lists the original tyre specification and cold pressures, which change according to different loading conditions. This information is also recorded in the owner's manual.

Toyota Hi-Lux 4WD models need the same tyres on all four wheels: same size, brand, tread pattern, and same level of wear. If this cannot be done, all four must be replaced. According to the UK safety guidelines regarding two new tyre fittings, the new tyres should be placed on the rear axle, irrespective of whether or not the axle is a drive axle.
