The Continental VanContact Eco is a summer tyre with special low rolling resistance technology, optimised with a flat tread contour, designed for high-mileage summer work as a commercial tyre. Its two firm central ribs help the tread maintain its shape on long motorway journeys as well as on stop-start urban driving with a fully loaded commercial vehicle. The design also features three longitudinal grooves, which help direct water out of the tyre, and offer additional braking performance in wet conditions due to the fine slits in the tyre blocks.
