Mitsubishi Canter Tyres

The Mitsubishi Canter is a light commercial truck used for urban deliveries, trade work and fleet operations, therefore the Mitsubishi Canter should have tyres designed for stable steering, effective braking in wet weather and consistent performance for trade work. The tyres for the Mitsubishi Canter should also be designed for the working role of the vehicle, ensuring safe handling and comfort during the ride when the vehicle is within the limits of the load it is designed to carry.

The tyre sizes for the Mitsubishi Canter vary with each generation, year of manufacture, and model of the vehicle, as well as the cab and chassis, engine, trim, and factory wheel option. Owners of a Mitsubishi Canter should check the vehicle handbook, registration, or existing tyre sidewall to determine the correct size, load index, and speed rating. This information is necessary to determine the carrying capacity, braking performance, and road behaviour of the vehicle with the replacement tyres.

At Tyres.co.uk, drivers of a Mitsubishi Canter are easily able to compare the different available tyres suited to the Mitsubishi Canter by brand, price and performance, make a choice and purchase, and even have it fitted locally at the most convenient fitting partner.

Goodyear EfficientGrip Cargo
Tyre review for Goodyear EfficientGrip Cargo 205/65R16
5.00/5
There are no issues so far, and the grip in the wet is definitely better. How they wear is a matter of time, so we'll see then. The older set from the local garage Ludlow only lasted 3,000 miles in 8 months before they were worn out. fingers crossed these last longer.

Great tyres and so simple to fit. Last up to 25,000 miles and can take a lot of time spent on construction sites. We always go for these tyres on our vans. Good value for money.

I think it is worth writing some feedback about my experience with the Bridgestone Duravis R660 tyres. Impressions so far have been very positive and they have performed above my expectations. From my experience, they are one of the easier sets of tyres to have fitted, and have made a positive impact on the handling of my car. I have driven in a range of weather conditions, and they do seem to provide a consistent level of performance. In my opinion, comfort and stability were provided. Overall, I feel these tyres are a solid choice.

Michelin Agilis 3
Tyre review for Michelin Agilis 3 215/65R16
4.00/5
The Michelin Agilis 3 tyres work exceptionally well in wet conditions and are excellent at managing high weight capacities. Personally, I carry a lot of tools and materials in my van and I would recommend these tyres. They are also very quiet when driving, so there is no noise.

The noise generated by these tyres is rather reasonable as they appear to be wearing in nicely. They also handle remarkably well and braking is quite effective.

It might be early to give a thorough breakdown of these tyres' long term performance, but they seem to offer a better experience on the road. They are softer and I notice a drop in noise level while driving. I even think I've seen an increase in fuel efficiency, seeing as I average 4 mpg more on a recent trip to Wales.

Mitsubishi Canter Tyres: What Drivers Ask

Tyres.co.uk has Michelin X Multi Z and Goodyear KMAX D in 205/75 R17.5 124/122 M for the front and rear axles, respectively, of the 7C18 Mitsubishi Canter. These are the original equipment (OE) sizes. Check your registration and make sure you comply with the commercial load and speed rating.

On the Mitsubishi Canter, the first place to look for the tyre inflation pressure label is on the driver's door. Remove the door to view the label. This label has information regarding inflation pressures and other important vehicle information. If you wish to know the sizes of the tyres, refer to the label on the sidewall of the existing tyre or refer to the handbook, as the fitments vary among models and rear twin wheels, on both axles.

Mitsubishi Canters do not require replacement of all tyres at the same time. Different models require only the replacement of two front tyres. Maintaining tyres of the same axle, including twin rear wheels, requires identical size, load index, and construction. The new tyres should be fitted on the rear axle. The 6C18D 4×4 also requires matched rolling circumference from front to rear along with tread type.
