Mitsubishi L300 Tyres

The Mitsubishi L300 is a light-commercial cab-over vehicle range designed to transport passengers and/or cargo. As such, Mitsubishi L300 tyres need to be designed to take on the task and transport the user on city roads or intercity roads. When it comes to weather in the UK, Mitsubishi L300 tyres offer a solid grip. Mitsubishi L300 tyres also offer a smooth and comfortable ride, along with stability, and noise control.

Different models and generations of the Mitsubishi L300 offer different versions, body styles, trims, and factory wheels. To accurately determine what tyres are required on your Mitsubishi L300, look at the existing tyre sidewalls, the vehicle handbook, or check your vehicle registration. These checks validate a safe fitment of the selected tyres for the vehicle and the approved wheels and their operational requirements.

In addition to an array of options, the online resource, Tyres.co.uk offers L300 owners various tyre types based on price, performance, and brand. Customers can also arrange for local tyre fitting at a scheduled garage.

Michelin Agilis 3
Tyre review for Michelin Agilis 3 215/65R16
4.00/5
The Michelin Agilis 3 tyres work exceptionally well in wet conditions and are excellent at managing high weight capacities. Personally, I carry a lot of tools and materials in my van and I would recommend these tyres. They are also very quiet when driving, so there is no noise.

The noise generated by these tyres is rather reasonable as they appear to be wearing in nicely. They also handle remarkably well and braking is quite effective.

It might be early to give a thorough breakdown of these tyres' long term performance, but they seem to offer a better experience on the road. They are softer and I notice a drop in noise level while driving. I even think I've seen an increase in fuel efficiency, seeing as I average 4 mpg more on a recent trip to Wales.

Goodyear EfficientGrip Cargo
Tyre review for Goodyear EfficientGrip Cargo 205/65R16

There are no issues so far, and the grip in the wet is definitely better. How they wear is a matter of time, so we'll see then. The older set from the local garage Ludlow only lasted 3,000 miles in 8 months before they were worn out. fingers crossed these last longer.

Great tyres and so simple to fit. Last up to 25,000 miles and can take a lot of time spent on construction sites. We always go for these tyres on our vans. Good value for money.

Mitsubishi L300 Tyres: Questions and Answers

Because different factory specifications are found on two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive Mitsubishi L300 models, there are separate recommendations for each on Tyres.co.uk. Use the registration search to find out what size, construction, load, and speed rating tyres you can purchase, and check to make sure what you are buying aligns with the tyres on the driver's side door placard.

The tyre specifications of the Mitsubishi L300 can be found on the placard in the driver's side door sill. This placard contains the original tyre specifications along with the original pressure of the vehicle. When matching the placard and user manual, the L300 vans, minibuses, and four-wheel-drive versions differ, so match the sidewall to the placard and user manual.

Mitsubishi L300 rear-wheel-drive versions do not require all four tyres to be replaced when new tyres are fitted; for these versions, a new pair of tyres can be fitted to the rear axle. For Mitsubishi L300 four-wheel-drive versions, all four worn tyres should be replaced and be of the same size, type, brand and wear as the rest of the set.
