The Continental LSR1 is a year-round tyre designed to address the needs of the long-distance haulage trade. The carcass of this tyre incorporates a wear-resistant design. The tread pattern has a design suited for use on wet roads. Each tread rib has a thin groove running from the front of the tyre to the rear, which provides an outlet for the water that would otherwise be in contact with the road surface. The tyre’s surface has a series of thin slits, which form additional traction on wet road surfaces. The serrated outer rim of the tread blocks provides support to the tyre while cornering.
