Tyre review for Continental Winter Contact TS870
215/55R16These tyres are fantastic in snowy, muddy, and slushy conditions, just what I needed for my daily commute, which involves 50 miles each way on roads that become quite dangerous in winter. Although no tyre handles ice well, these manage other winter challenges excellently, often allowing me to reach work when others can't, even those who live much nearer. I use them only in winter, switching to more economical and rain-friendly tyres around late March.
