Volvo C70 Tyres
The Volvo C70 is a coupe and convertible model that comes with later versions that have a folding hard top. The Volvo C70 tyres need to be able to handle all the typical road conditions in the UK. This means having good grip in all kinds of weather as well as being quiet at high speeds and comfortable on long, repetitive trips.
The Volvo C70 models have a lot of variations including generation, model, trim, engine, and factory wheels. Because of all of these variations, the selection cannot be generalised across models. Volvo C70 tyres must be designed for the specific model taking into consideration size, load index, and speed rating. These can be located on the current tyre placement, in the vehicle manual, or through the registration and the previous tyre placement data. Selecting the correct tyre specifications will increase comfort and handling on all road types, with better fuel economy.
Volvo C70 owners can select from available options on Tyres.co.uk based on brand, price, performance and location. This option also has the tyre fitting done at a local garage, for the convenience of the owners.
Avon ZV7
Tyre review for Avon ZV7 225/40R18
Fits the rim well, and is mid-range quality and pricing.

Tyre review for Avon ZV7 225/50R17
The existing tyres are doing an adequate job but my expectations for how long the front tyres would last were higher. Most of my driving is local, and there are a lot of roundabouts in this area.

They are beautiful tyres, and they help me to be confident and calm when driving. If only the roads were built to the same standard!

Tyre review for Avon ZV7 215/45R17
Avon ZV7 tyres provide excellent performance on the wet country roads and the rainy weather where I drive. They help with fuel economy and last a long time before needing to be changed. I feel confident driving on them and plan to put them on the back of my car soon. They are great value for a mid-range tyre.

Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5)
Tyre review for Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5) 225/50R17
I feel great. The wear seems to be even and they have plenty of tread remaining. I was a little worried about having a hybrid because the batteries make it a little heavier.

Volvo C70s on Tyres.co.uk offer two replacement tyre choices: Michelin Primacy 5 and Continental PremiumContact 7. Both are made for Volvo C70s from 2006 to 2013. These tyres are made for 17-inch factory wheels. If you’re not sure, you should look at your current tyre size and compare it to the label on your tyre placard or to the label on your vehicle registration. Volvo suggests that a W speed rating and a minimum 91 load index should work for this application.
For Volvo C70s, Volvo places a placard on the B-pillar regarding OEM tyre sizes, recommended tyre pressures and load indices. So, check the sidewall, the placard and the handbook.
For the Volvo C70, it is almost never necessary to replace all four tyres. It is recommended that either the front or rear pair be replaced together. According to UK safety guidance, the new tyres should be fitted to the rear axle, since the C70 lacks all-wheel drive.
