The tyres seem to wear out at an average/European rate. The pattern appears to have more flex/movement in the actual tread, as if it's bending. They are good in the colder months, but I have yet to test them in any significant snow. Fuel efficiency has decreased slightly by around 2-3%.

Better traction of these tyres gives them better stopping distance. Previous tyres, of the same brand, had more than 2mm of tread, yet their stopping distance was clearly worse.

Exceptional performance in every type of weather. There are some minor cabin sounds, however the firm sports suspension and low profile tyres will make rough roads feel bumpy. The good news is, they are almost completely noise free when travelling at high speeds.

XL construction may apply, but please ensure to check the door-pillar sticker for the correct Load Index and Speed Rating before assuming.
The Volvo XC40 tyre pressure label can be found on the door pillar between the door and the rear door on the driver's side. Check the door pillar label and the sidewall of your existing tyres for the load index and tyre pressure. Use the recommended tyre pressure shown there.
AWD versions of the Volvo XC40 do not always require all four tyres to be replaced. It is necessary for all four tyres to have manufacturer approval for the same rolling circumference as the original equipment to avoid being unsafe. It is suggested that the match be maintained across both axle pairs of the same type, size and make. According to the UK safety rules, if two new tyres are fitted, they should be positioned on the rear axle.
