For the most balanced handling and safety, all four tyres should have the same load rating. If you need to mix temporarily, the higher-rated tyres should go on the rear axle for stability.

Critical rule: Never fit a tyre with a load rating lower than your vehicle manufacturer's minimum specification on any wheel position. A tyre that cannot handle the weight placed on it is at risk of failure.
