The Goodyear UltraGrip Performance+ SUV is an SUV winter tyre that maintains flexible tread to increase snow and ice traction. Goodyear developed Winter Grip Technology with a special cold weather compound that maintains its grip ease at cold temperatures. Additionally, Goodyear added traction resin to its proprietary mix to help the tread deform as it grips, then return to its original shape mechanical bond.
This model is a sequel to the UltraGrip Performance SUV Gen-1 model in Goodyear’s winter SUV range. The tyre features the 3PMSF mark which stands for “Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake”, a sign the model passes the snow-traction test.
