Built for 4x4s, the Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac is an all-terrain tyre that focuses on traction across mud, gravel and snow. It has an open tread pattern that clears the surface it is driving on. The tread design uses large, interlocking blocks with spaces around the outer blocks to release mud from the tread. Goodyear’s TractiveGroove Technology is present with step blocks wall in the grooves giving additional biting edges for traction in deep mud and snow. The sidewall has a raised rim-protection band to prevent sidewall damage from kerbs or rocks.
Most versions of the DuraTrac have the 3PMSF marking for performance in severe snow conditions. The LT versions have a 3-ply sidewall that offers additional support for load carrying and for driving on rough unsealed roads. We have the DuraTrac at Tyres.co.uk in the LT and 3PMSF versions.
