Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport is an ultra-high-performance summer tyre that combines an innovative tread design with a racing-influenced casing for outstanding dry cornering and wet braking performance. The exterior of the SuperSport features large, closed blocks that form a solid band of rubber. This rubber band stabilises the SuperSport during cornering. Goodyear's Powerline Cover Technology focuses on cornering and casing stability at high speeds. The SuperSport combines a U-shaped Compound with separate zones for dry and wet rubber.
Goodyear says the Eagle F1 SuperSport outperforms the competition by stopping up to 3.8m shorter during dry braking in Goodyear's internal testing.
