Citroen C4 Picasso Tyres

The Citroen C4 Picasso is an MPV designed for families, and tyre choice is important for the comfortable transport of passengers and family belongings over the range of typical family trips. Citroen C4 Picasso tyres should offer dependable wet grip and braking, and come with as many of the following characteristics as possible: smooth ride comfort, low road noise, and good rolling resistance. The right Citroen C4 Picasso tyre specification aids stable, predictable tyre performance and handling under normal family and luggage loads.

Different generations and model years of the Citroen C4 Picasso can have differing CVs, and factory wheel option sizes, so there are no universal tyre fitment specs for the Citroen C4 Picasso. The correct tyre size, load index and speed rating specifications for a Citroen C4 Picasso can be found on the sidewall of the tyre, in the vehicle handbook or by searching the vehicles registration details. These needs should be matched to retain the balance of comfort, braking, and handling.

Brands, prices, and performance characteristics of relevant Citroen C4 Picasso tyres are all compared on Tyres.co.uk before users book a local tyre fitting at the garage of their choice.

Better traction of these tyres gives them better stopping distance. Previous tyres, of the same brand, had more than 2mm of tread, yet their stopping distance was clearly worse.

These tyres are okay. It is not really about how long they will last, but the road dangers like potholes, nails, screws, and other crap that is the real issue.

They look similar to the budget tyres I have used previously. Perhaps they will last longer. My last cheap ones did 40,000 miles.

The existing tyres are doing an adequate job but my expectations for how long the front tyres would last were higher. Most of my driving is local, and there are a lot of roundabouts in this area.

Avon ZV7 tyres provide excellent performance on the wet country roads and the rainy weather where I drive. They help with fuel economy and last a long time before needing to be changed. I feel confident driving on them and plan to put them on the back of my car soon. They are great value for a mid-range tyre.

Before You Buy Citroen C4 Picasso Tyres: FAQ

For the 2014 1.6 THP 165 model with 17-inch wheels, Michelin Primacy 5 and Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 2 are recommended tyres for the Citroen C4 Picasso available at Tyres.co.uk. Please ensure that you review your tyre/paint label and registration number. C4 Picasso variants have different wheel sizes and specifications.

When the driver's side door is open, the Citroen C4 Picasso will display the tyre and/or paint label located on the middle door pillar. This label shows suggested tyre sizes, load and speed rating, and tyre pressure for a loaded and unloaded vehicle as well as tyre pressure of the spare wheel.

The Citroen C4 Picasso does not require all four tyres to be replaced simultaneously. No front-wheel drive system is present, and as such, there is no requirement for four matching tyres. Tyres can be replaced in pairs on an axle. If pairs of tyres are being replaced, they should be installed on the rear axle.
