I expected this improvement due to the wet and cold weather overtaking the summer Nexen tyres from the dealership. The Scorpion Verde tyres are great for our Discovery Sport, and so far they have been brilliant in all winter conditions.
5/5Dunlop SP WinterSport 5 SUVThe real challenge is watching them operate. We put these tyres on prior to our skiing trip where we encountered a lot of snow, but the car remained steady on the road. I had to dig the car out of its parking space twice because of a metre of snow, and it did not struggle to get over the ice mound created by the snowplough. I am really impressed, and particularly when I see other vehicles having difficulty.
4/5Goodyear UltraGrip Performance+ SUVI've just fitted them and I feel really secure on the motorway even when it's raining. They are quite quiet, not too much road noise. Let's see how they perform in the long run. so far so good.

5/5Continental Sport Contact 5PI bought my VW Scirocco R brand new, and these tyres came with the car. They provide great grip and stability in all weather conditions. There may be other tyres available, but for my car, these work perfectly, so I don't see any reason to change them.
