5/5Continental Sport Contact 6Ordered through Tyres.co.uk and picked a nearby garage to fit them. The tyres were there ready and the whole visit was quick and tidy. Friendly team on the day.
5/5Dunlop SP SportMaxx RT2What matters most to me is how long they last. The back tyres have given me more than 30,000 miles of driving on a variety of A/B roads and motorways, including driving holidays and commuting. I usually drive 70% of the time at a constant speed and 30% more spirited. I also considered the noise, and performance in the rain was very important. In 2020, they provided the best overall value for noise, fuel economy, and wet grip. The price was very good value in 2020 when I purchased four tyres. However, I found that by 2024, the price of two rear tyres was nearly as expensive as the original four. However, they were so good that I would buy them again without hesitation. I recommend them to everyone as they rank among the big players like Michelin and Goodyear in wet braking and other performance tests, but are cheaper!
5/5Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SExcellent traction but they do wear out quickly. Usually last about 7,000 miles, or a year.
4/5Bridgestone Dueler H/P SportThere is considerable road noise from certain surfaces, but overall, I am pleased with the performance of the tyres.
5/5Continental Cross Contact LX SportAs expected. I have prior experience with these tyres and know their quality.
4/5Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SThey do perform decently, but there are now other high-performance tyres that either match or exceed the PS4s. I might look into trying those next.
5/5Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2Exceptional grip, great handling, and extremely quiet tyres. Overall, I am very happy with these tyres.
5/5Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2Doesn't grip the road as well when wet, but does great when the road is dry.
5/5Continental Sport Contact 6I have no complaints, regardless of the conditions, these tyres grip the road exceptionally well. The only thing that annoys me is their grip in the dry. When I'm trying to have some fun on a private road, I have to put in a lot of effort to get the car to slide. I imagine that's not a problem most people have for day to day driving.
