Primacy HP Tyres description & features

The Michelin Primacy HP is one of many premium summer touring tyres designed specifically for high-end executive vehicles. An asymmetric tread design on Primacy HPs focuses on stability for high-speed cruising on motorways while also maintaining flexibility and responsiveness for cornering and optimally clearing water from the tread on wet surfaces. The design includes a durable tread rubber (which is silica-reinforced) and contains 4 longitudinal grooves running from end to end, as well as a constant rib running along the centre to maintain stability in the tread and surface. The Primacy HP relies on outer edge tread blocks for cornering reinforcement.

Some Primacy HPs carry the star marking or MO designations, indicating they were made in compliance with the specifications for those manufacturers (i.e. Mercedes) instead of only made to fit the respective vehicles. BMWs use a similar star marking. ZP runflat variations of the Primacy HP rely on sidewall construction that allows the vehicle to travel a limited distance even after the tyre loses pressure. We have the ZP runflat variations of Michelin Primacy HPs in stock at Tyres.co.uk.
