DynaPro HP (RA23) Tyres description & features

The Dynapro HP (RA23) is a more specialised SUV summer tyre. The Dynapro HP (RA23) disperses the water in order to ensure minimal risk of aquaplaning. The Dynapro HP ensures good straight-line driving by stiffening the centre of the tyre with an uninterrupted centre band.

It works under temperatures exceeding 7°C. Dynapro HP (RA23) fitments designed to be used in SUV application have XL construction to provide extra load capacity. Dynapro HP2 RA33 is the tyre which has superseded Dynapro HP (RA23). You are able to purchase the Hankook Dynapro HP (RA23) tyres via Tyres.co.uk.

Outstanding gripping ability no matter the season. I have had a set for about 4.5 years and never had any problems. 35,000 miles on the front and 45,000 miles on the rear, only changed rears because of a nail puncture. Could have easily gone over 60,000 miles. Best grip and comfort and the most durable tyres I have ever owned.

The tyres are wearing evenly. It is crucial to keep balancing and checking the tyre pressures regularly, as well as smooth driving. Tyres will wear down much quicker with aggressive driving, such as harsh braking, taking corners quickly, and driving over the kerb.

Demonstrated excellent performance in the recent snow and showed good grip and excellent performance in the rain when my last tyres had problems with aquaplaning. They feel really stable - would highly recommend!

In 2007, I bought a Hyundai Santa-Fe, which came with HANKOOK DynaPro HP RA23 tyres. I have driven my car to Valencia and back and also use it for work. On one set of tyres, I have done 46,000 miles and I have only just started to replace the front ones. These tyres also do excellent in the wet and even out in the dirt. Great value for money.

These tyres are much better than the Pirelli Scorpions that were originally fitted by Volvo, plus they're cheaper. I'm looking forward to seeing how long they last. Initial impressions are good, they appear to be ideal for an AWD vehicle that is mainly used on roads, but also needs to manage some snow and light off-road use in hilly areas.

Compared to the Kumho tyres I had before, my car corners and handles wet roads better with Hankook tyres. They are also better value and have better grip than the previously tested Pirelli Scorpions.

I have observed about a 3-5 miles per gallon decrease in fuel economy with Hankook tyres, and their load rating is worse compared to Michelins. A friend recommended me to try out Hankook.

The grip on dry surfaces is great, but it could be better on wet surfaces. They are quite noisy, however, considering the weather where I live, their performance is pretty good.
