Tyre review for Yokohama Advan Neova AD08RS
255/35R19These tyres provide reasonable traction, but when they are cold, they have very little grip for lateral movement. Even during the summer it is quite difficult to raise the temperature of the tyres to be able to achieve the optimal performance. On the tracks, the tyres provide enough grip to prevent overheating of the tyres, but lack in comparison to the popular track day tyres and the flex of the sidewalls is noticeable. In general, it looks like they are better for spirited driving on the road than for fully track days. In cold and wet condition, the grip is just OK - nothing to brag about.
