Yokohama BluEarth E70D is a summer SUV tyre for Mazda CX-5 that is intended to have low rolling resistance. The asymmetric design of the tyres features large tread blocks on the outer part to give extra stiffness in the tyre while turning. There are four longitudinal grooves in the design to help with the removal of water from the area of contact, and silica-rich tread compound has been used to offer better traction in wet conditions and lower temperature rise in the tread.
Yokohama has created the E70D tyres as original equipment for Mazda CX-5, and therefore they can be used as replacements for any CX-5 vehicle that had the tyres at first.
