Yokohama’s BluEarth E70E is a summer tyre with low rolling resistance. BluEarth Compound is a flexible compound that increases tyre resistance. The rupture created in the tread blocks by the compound increases heat retention while the increased flexibility increases road grip. Together with the tread blocks, the sidewall minimises the rolling resistance through optimised air flow.
The BluEarth E70 has been provided to Toyota for fitting into the Prius. E70E is the original equipment type in the range. In order to facilitate sidewall matching, we keep the one that the manufacturer used. Yokohama BluEarth E70Es can be purchased on Tyres.co.uk.
