All Season 6 Tyres description & features

The Bridgestone Turanza All Season 6 is a wet and cold weather, all year season, touring tyre. Its V-shaped, directional tread design is combined with a high-silica compound and your choice of 195/65 R15 and 205/60 R15 tyres. This compound, firm when cold, is designed to dry and thus warm when the weather is wet, leaving the tread with traction when sticky. The Water Evacuation Grooves (WEG) leading from the centre of the tread (where the tyre makes contact with the road) to the outer edges help to remove build up of water and slush. Snow edges, leading toe in chamfered blocks of the outer tread, act to grip in snow.

The Turanza All Season 6 has replaced the Weather Control A005 EVO and is available in reinforced casing (XL) to deal with higher loads. All Tyres.co.uk customers can now access to the Turanza All Season 6.

Performs well in both wet and dry conditions. Much quieter than my old Goodyear Eagles. With the temperature drop, I've had to check and adjust the pressures regularly for consistent performance. Overall, they're good tyres.

I have a Mercedes C300 Coupe (RWD) and I got these tyres specifically for better grip in the snow. The previous tyres were terrible in the slightest amount of snow. These new ones are amazing and it's like I'm driving a completely different car. We just had the heaviest snowfall in years (38cm) and I was about to take my wife's 4x4 to work, but these tyres snowed really well. Would recommend.

I have an estate with four wheel drive, and I travel to the French Alps each winter, where there is a lot of snow. I bought my second set of these winter tyres (3PMSF) and they save me from having to carry chains in the law requiring me to carry chains on mountainous roads. I keep them on all year and don't find them too noisy when it's dry. I feel more confident about my grip and my stopping distance on those heavy rain days we're having more frequently. I have not noticed any drop in fuel efficiency. As long as I have this type of car, I will keep buying these tyres whenever I need replacements. With climate change more people need to consider multi-season or 3PMSF tyres.

These tyres are amazing. I don't have traction control, and I've noticed a lot more grip no matter the conditions. I've seen a lot less wheel spin, and traction overall is worse.

I'm very happy with how these tyres grip during rain. I can use almost the full power of the car without the wheels slipping. They are still reliable and although summer tyres are more precise in the dry, these tyres are still good. Given the UK weather, these all-season tyres are a good option. They are really good in wet and cold conditions, but they are also really good when it snows.

These tyres are extremely soft and flat very easily, and are also prone to damage. I have been having problems with them for about a year now. I have had no issues with the Michelin CrossClimate Tyres on my Audi! They are £200 more, but those problems being completely eliminated is worth it.

Given that I drive more in winter, I needed a versatile all season tyre. I haven't been able to test them on snow but they have been outstanding in both dry and heavy rain, and most importantly in the cold, conditions. They leave my previous unknown brand tyre for dead. The ride is also more comfortable. They are a bit more noisy than summer tyres, but the noise is only there on the motorway and in a silent car so it's not a problem for me.

For my trip to the Italian Alps in February, I bought All Season tyres, and they managed extremely well in the light snow and rain conditions. Here in the UK, they also do very well in muddy and wet conditions. There is an obvious difference when compared to summer tyres in cold and wet conditions.

These tyres are good, but you do hear some noise from them on the motorway. They handle well in wet conditions, which is what I was looking for mainly. One tyre had to be replaced because of a large cut on the sidewall, but I still went for the same brand.
