The Bridgestone Potenza S01 is a max-performance summer tyre that is designed to provide instant high-speed steering response for Porsche sports car applications. Asymmetrical tread patterns allow for a continuous centre rib that keeps the tyre settled in a straight line, with larger blocks on the outer edge that assist the tyre during cornering. Straight channels cut into the tread remove water from the central part of the tread and the sidewall of the tyre is engineered to provide instantaneous response to steering inputs at high speeds.
Several models have the N0 marking on the sidewalls. This is Porsche's marking for approval for tyres designed and built to Porsche's specifications. Tyres without this marking would not be built to the same specifications.
