A005 Weather Control Tyres description & features

The Bridgestone Weather Control A005 is an all-season tyre designed for winter and wet conditions for passenger vehicles. The Weather Control A005 uses a high-silica compound for braking on wet roads to maintain flexibility at lower temperatures. Unlike other all-season tyres, the Weather Control A005 has the 3PMSF seal, designating it certified for these severe winter conditions. Thanks to Bridgestone's Nano Pro-Tech, the Weather Control A005's rubber maintains grip in wet and cold conditions. The tread pattern is v-shaped and utilises z-shaped sipe to create biting edges for traction on snow.

Many sizes of the Weather Control A005 have an A EU label for wet grip, and the sidewall carries the 3PMSF and M+S marks. Bridgestone's Weather Control A005 has been replaced by the Weather Control A005 EVO. You can find the Bridgestone Weather Control A005 at Tyres.co.uk.

Tyre review for Bridgestone A005 Weather Control 195/60R15
My old tyres would begin to lose grip on wet roads almost immediately. These tyres do not have that problem. They also feel much better in terms of grip and smoothness.

These tyres are great. They perform well in the rain and are significantly quieter than my previous ones. I am really happy with my decision.

Tyre review for Bridgestone A005 Weather Control 225/60R18
Overall, the experience has been fairly decent, but sadly, I've had punctures with two of them, so I may consider another brand next time. Then again, it could just be a fluke.
