The Bridgestone Alenza Sport A/S has been developed with premium model fitments in mind, and is an all-season SUV tyre featuring an asymmetric tread design. Its all-season compound is designed for all year driving as opposed to an off-road specification tyre. It has fine slits in the tread for edge creation in wet and lightly snow covered roads.
Some variants of the Alenza Sport A/S carry the BMW star mark. These versions are made to BMW’s specifications as opposed to the standard fitment versions. If a tyre with the BMW star mark is being replaced, then keeping the star mark version will keep the vehicle in an original specification. If a tyre is made in a run-flat version, it has a reinforced sidewall which lets the tyre support the vehicle for a limited distance after the pressure is lost.
