5/5Continental Premium Contact 6These tyres make me very happy. They are more quiet than the Yokohama BluEarth ones that I had. Although I have not observed any fuel economy changes, the grip in wet conditions is noticeably better.
5/5Michelin Primacy 5I don't think about them very much. As long as the grips function as intended and protect me, that's all I need.
5/5Dunlop SP SportMaxx 050 RHDThey were really helpful, sent a young lad to collect the wheel out of my car, replaced the tyre then put it back in car. All very friendly.
5/5Michelin Primacy 5Comfort was the most important factor in my decision. I drive a Volvo V60 D4 with the R-Design suspension, which can be a bit on the rough side. I've found the Primacy 5s to deliver a more cushioned experience than the Goodyear Eagle F1 ASY6s that I had previously. As for grip, it has been decent thus far but again, I have not yet put them through a winter.
5/5Continental UltraContactI am really happy with the way they manage any road and any weather conditions.
1/5Winrun R330Having been on the road for over 50 years, I've used just about every major tyre brand available, such as Goodyear, Dunlop, and Michelin. For this reason, I chose to try Winrun tyres because I appreciated the price and the reviews seemed decent enough. This turned out to be a poor decision. While they do perform adequately in dry conditions, they should not be used in the wet. The lack of grip on these tyres made them downright dangerous, and I've experienced all forms of wheel spin and poor control, including unders steer and over steer. I'm honestly shocked these tyres pass the Australian standards. After six months of using them, I decided that my safety was worth more than the cost of new tyres so I replaced them with Bridgestone run-flats. The difference in wet conditions and safety was a substantial improvement, even if it cost me more than the Winrun tyres. I do not recommend these tyres at all.
5/5Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 3 (K127)These tyres are fantastic. When it rains, they provide excellent grip. I live in the high-peak so the weather can change quickly.
5/5Michelin CrossClimate 2I had Michelin CrossClimate all-season tyres with the 3 Peaks symbol fitted on my front-wheel-drive Volvo V60 for the French Alps, which cost £100 more than buying snow chains for the car, which has tight wheel arch clearance. I have had CrossClimate tyres on other cars and found them to make the ride smoother and all other seasons in the UK. I wouldn't risk it using them to drive to Spain, Portugal, or Italy, as it would be an issue in the UK.
5/5Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5)I immediately noted increased traction both in the wet and dry - I feel like I'm behind the wheel of a completely different vehicle.
