Having been on the road for over 50 years, I've used just about every major tyre brand available, such as Goodyear, Dunlop, and Michelin. For this reason, I chose to try Winrun tyres because I appreciated the price and the reviews seemed decent enough. This turned out to be a poor decision. While they do perform adequately in dry conditions, they should not be used in the wet. The lack of grip on these tyres made them downright dangerous, and I've experienced all forms of wheel spin and poor control, including unders steer and over steer. I'm honestly shocked these tyres pass the Australian standards. After six months of using them, I decided that my safety was worth more than the cost of new tyres so I replaced them with Bridgestone run-flats. The difference in wet conditions and safety was a substantial improvement, even if it cost me more than the Winrun tyres. I do not recommend these tyres at all.
