5/5Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 2)It is amazing to be able to get 30,000 miles from each set of rear tyres on a rear-wheel drive vehicle.
1/5Pirelli Cinturato P7 BlueI had to change my tyre for the second time in less than a year because there is a bulge on the side of it. I bought my last one only 13 weeks ago, and now that one has a bulge too. I am not buying this brand again.
1/5Michelin Pilot Sport 5I fitted Michelin PS5s all round on my car but they wore out ridiculously quickly, and despite all the hype, I personally think they are less durable than some mid-range or even budget ones I have used before. It just goes to show that paying more doesn't mean you are getting better quality, in this case, I would say it's more to do with brand name than anything else.
1/5Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 ConnectDue to track day use, this is unsuitable for the front of a JCW. The front left came apart after 128 miles. The wet traction is terrible because the damp conditions provide no traction.
5/5Uniroyal AllSeasonExpert 3It's great to have a firm grip; you can feel confident driving in any weather!
5/5Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5)I immediately noted increased traction both in the wet and dry - I feel like I'm behind the wheel of a completely different vehicle.
5/5Bridgestone Turanza 6The tyre show a low amount of wear and demonstrate a good feel. I have also noted improvements in braking and handling.
