5/5Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 3) SUVI was previously satisfied with my original equipment Dunlop Sport Maxx RT tyres; however, I decided to give the Goodyear tyres a shot after the price and reviews influenced me. The Goodyear tyres have noticeably better dry and wet grip and better steering response. The Goodyears are also much quieter. I have recommended them to others, and I've already put them on my wife's vehicle.
4/5Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015I needed an all-terrain tyre for my small truck that I use mainly on the road, but I use it on some dirt tracks, field verges, and for some light off-road deer hunting and retrieval work as well. I had Toyo AT+, Falken Wildpeak, and Geolandars as options. A friend swears by the Toyo, but I live in a hilly area, and only the Falken and Yokohama have the snow peak rating, so I had to go with one of those. I ended up choosing the Yokohama because it came in the exact size I wanted, though I might have picked Falken had they had my size. The Geolandar does really well off-road and is especially good on wet grass, and damp verge and field situations. I have never even needed to put it in 4WD or low range because they grip so well in 2WD. I do not recommend them for very deep mud, but for everything that isn't serious off-roading they are good. They are quiet, and fuel savings have not changed, and I also find them softer than the Bridgestones they replaced which does make the ride a lot nicer. The only problem is that the sidewalls are really soft. You will have a tendency to oversteer as the car will give way under lateral pressure and that is part of the sidewall problem. This is not great but you do not want to push these things too much on an old Suzuki Grand Vitara. Overall you are expecting them to do what they do. I think most people are going to like these tyres. I have driven around 2000 miles on these tyres, and have seen no visible wear on them. I will replace these tyres based on age not wear, and since I get an average of 6000 miles a year, I would replace these tyres about every three years. However, these tyres seem durable enough to last me that long.
5/5Hansinway PERFORM01I've travelled more than 1000 miles and faced no problems, overall great performance.
5/5Continental Van Contact A/S UltraGreat tyres for my van, very pleased with the grip and the performance on the road.
5/5Goodyear Vector 4Seasons Gen-3They perform exceptionally well in wet conditions. They may be a bit noisier than summer tyres, but the payoff is well worth the trade as they work well in frigid and wet weather.
5/5Uniroyal All Season Expert 2Massive improvement when handling corners. They're better than my last set (which were quite worn) and the ride feels great. They handle like a dream. Well worth the money and look smart too.
5/5Bridgestone Dueler H/T D687The Bridgestone Dueler H/T D687 is great for my SUV and has changed the way I drive. They go way beyond what I expected. The ride is smooth on the motorway and the grip is solid when I drive off road. Since the conditions are mixed I'm optimistic about the long term performance.
1/5Bridgestone Turanza 6Unfortunately, it didn't even last 1,000 miles before the side of the tyre got punctured. I am disappointed, as it was only caused by a small piece of glass, as you can see in the picture.
5/5Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5)While these are not the best in warm and dry conditions, they outperform my Bridgestones in extremely cold and wet conditions.
5/5Yokohama Advan Sport V105The handling is much better than my old tyres which still had 4mm of tread. These tyres have greater straight-line stability and grip, and I no longer experience any 'tram lining'. I am very happy with the performance of these tyres.
5/5Goodyear Vector 4 Season G2 SUVI've tested these tyres under various summer and winter conditions including dry and wet roads and snowy and icy paths and they really perform!
5/5Bridgestone Dueler A/T 002Strong grasp and easy instructions; recommended to anyone seeking off-road functionality.
5/5Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 2 SUV (K117A)I had the same tyres as my vehicle and considering that I tow a caravan, it's necessary for them to be dependable. I had preemptively bought 2 new tyres from a garage since one had an unfixable puncture and the tread was worn down on the back tyres. I found the same brand online for £50 each cheaper than you, meaning I saved £100 in total. On £160 tyres, that is pretty substantial.
2/5Continental Sport Contact 5They wore out so quickly, I've gone back to using Bridgestone instead of Continentals.
5/5Pirelli Cinturato P7 C2 ElectCinturato P7 C2 Elect tyres from Pirelli have improved my vehicle's handling in all driving situations.
5/5Continental CrossContact H/TI took a long drive recently and the sense of stability was quite something. Definitely reassuring tyres.
3/5Michelin Latitude Sport 3I had an efficiency drop from 43 mpg to 36 mpg because of these, and I had to replace both front tyres after one got a nail, and they only lasted 7000 miles.
5/5Michelin Primacy 5They perform excellently on motorways and at high speeds. They maintain good traction, whatever the conditions, so you can have peace of mind. They provide reliable grip and control when braking.
