The EcoContact 7 is one of several summer tyres to benefit from available variants developed with Continental’s latest rolling resistance technology. EcoContact 7 tyres work hard to decrease the amount of energy wasted in rolling while also improving partial mileage with Green Chili 3.0 compound. The Smart Energy Casing technology is designed to provide a friction minimising effect in the tyre’s carcass to help reduce energy use when rolling on dry and wet summer roads.

The EcoContact 7 features Aero Dimple technology in the design of the tyre’s sidewall. This technology makes small recesses in the sidewall to reduce turbulence and drag while the tyre rotates in motion. I believe they need better sound insulation as they can get pretty loud while driving on rough surface, but for grip and handling, they are really good and I would recommend these for their performance.

In my experience, the Eco Contact 7 has performed really well. In particular, they have good grip in very wet conditions, and I find them more comfortable for longer journeys, so less fatigue on road trips. If you want to improve your driving experience then these tyres are definitely worth purchasing.

I experience far more safety with these tyres. Additionally, my confidence has increased, and the bumps are no longer an issue. They are well worth the money because I greatly appreciate the enjoyment, and I notice the low rolling resistance as well.
