5/5Lanvigator Catchfors A/SThe Lanvigator tyres are perfect because offer a smooth ride and perform well in all conditions.
5/5Yokohama C.Drive AC01For the last two years, I have had these tyres on my car and have pushed my car to its limit, but I have had no issues with grip. I'll be looking to get a more expensive set of Yokohama tyres now. If this is the range you are looking at, outstanding would be the best option.
4/5Continental Premium Contact 7Happy with the tyres, although the ride is a little rougher than it was.
5/5Kumho WinterCraft WP71These tyres are very good for all seasons and show less wear than my typical summer sport tyres. They only give up a little grip when it's warm. The tread design is a bit funky and resembles that of rally tyres.
5/5Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 6)Great tyres! I've got PS5's in the back, but these function excellently in the front.
5/5Michelin CrossClimate 2What ever the weather conditions, they have great grip and are long lasting. I am now retired, but I used to be a technical sales engineer and drove all over the UK. I had several company cars with various tyre brands, but I always chose Michelin when it came to tyre replacements. As a passionate motorcyclist, I can appreciate how important good quality tyres are, considering they are the only thing that connects you to the road.
5/5Continental Sport Contact 5I have replaced my new tyres with the old ones, which were really good.
5/5Yokohama BluEarth-GT AE51Cheaper than the budget tyres I bought before, but these are much better quality. They are also way quieter. Car is 2018 Volvo V40 Cross Country D4.
5/5Pirelli Powergy 2I am very pleased with the grip. The handling is excellent and the car feels safe when doing quick manoeuvres. I would definitely buy these again when the time comes. I can't really fault them.
5/5Goodyear Vector 4 Season G3Exceptional tyres for any conditions. I would absolutely buy again if there is a good deal.
5/5Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 6)Great tyres! I've got PS5's in the back, but these function excellently in the front.
5/5Uniroyal All Season Expert 2Fitted them last week and already feel the difference! These are quieter and smoother compared to my previous tyres. Great overall experience, very happy.
5/5Michelin Primacy 5I don't think about them very much. As long as the grips function as intended and protect me, that's all I need.
1/5Michelin Pilot Sport 5I fitted Michelin PS5s all round on my car but they wore out ridiculously quickly, and despite all the hype, I personally think they are less durable than some mid-range or even budget ones I have used before. It just goes to show that paying more doesn't mean you are getting better quality, in this case, I would say it's more to do with brand name than anything else.
3/5Michelin CrossClimate 2Given that some tread patterns are more aggressive and thereby tend to be noisier than eco-friendly alternatives, these particular tyres are likely to create more noise. Conversely, their grip on wet and muddy surfaces is superior. Strangely, with warmer weather, my fuel efficiency has dropped from 54mpg during winter to 47mpg during spring. This will most likely be a consideration if you value fuel economy. The purchase price is not the only cost related to the tyres, as they will set you back more in long term fuel costs.
5/5Lanvigator Catchpower PlusBest handling in corners and I felt more stable than in my previous set. I am very satisfied with these.
